Aaron D. Weiner is Of Counsel to AKC Law. He joined AKC Law in 1990. Previously, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable John T. Grant of the Nebraska Supreme Court.
After 25 years in civil litigation, Aaron became Of Counsel at AKC Law in 2016. In his Of Counsel position, he focuses on helping clients find the right legal resources for their needs. He is also serving as Executive Director and Co-founder of Wisdom House Collaborative, a non-profit helping to steward mindfulness in the Omaha community.
Aaron obtained his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Colorado College in 1986. He earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1989. While a law student, Aaron was published in the University of Minnesota Law Review, where he was an Associate Articles Editor.
Aaron is a member and has served on the Executive Council of the Omaha Bar Association. He is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association and was a charter member of the Robert Spire Inns of Court, a group of judges and trial lawyers who meet monthly to promote professionalism, civility, and ethics.
